SHIPPING & PICK-UP POLICY

SHIPPING
  • All orders are checked and packed by the Lashé team and shipped via Australia Post.
  • We endeavour to have your order dispatched within 24 business hours of us receiving a processed payment.
  • Australia Post is closed Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. Therefore, no orders will be processed or shipped on these days.
  • You will receive an email of your purchase order and a further email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. 
  • Please ensure all shipping details are correct upon checkout. Due to system operations and quick processing turn arounds, we are unable to guarantee any changes can be made after a purchase.
  • Please note Lashé is not responsible or liable for any unexpected delays, lost, damaged or stolen packages during transit. Please lodge an enquiry with Australia Post directly and let us know, we are happy to assist where we can.

AUSTRALIA WIDE FLAT RATE SHIPPING CHARGES:

  • $9.95 Standard Shipping. 3 – 6 Business Days once dispatched.
  • $14.95 Express Shipping. 1 – 3 Business Days once dispatched.
  • FREE Express Shipping. For all orders over $400.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES:

Delivery times may vary and final pricing is dependent on your location, the weight/ size of your parcel and your locations local VAT charges. This is calculated at checkout. 

    PICK-UPS

    • Upon checkout you will have the option to ‘pick up’ your order instead of shipping.
    • You will receive a 'pick up ready' e-mail once your order has been fulfilled. 
    • Customers must contact us once receiving this email to organise a day and time for collection. You can contact us by replying directly to the email you recieved.
    • Pick ups will be eligible within business hours but may vary depending on the day. So please make sure this is arranged beforehand!
    • We endeavour to have your order ready within 24 business hours of us receiving a processed payment, please allow for delays upon sales and new product launches. However, if you need to collect urgently. Please text us using the phone number in the Order Collection email, or email us at: hello@lasheofficial.com
    • Our pick-up location is in Landsdale 6065, the full address will be emailed to you.
