- Lashé does not offer any refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect purchases.
- If the product is faulty, please get in contact with us within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with sufficient evidence of the fault to hello@lasheofficial.com. Once confirmed by us, we will provide you with a returns shipping label. All items must be returned to us in its original condition – unopened and unused, within 7 business days. Once item is received and inspected by us, we will refund or exchange your order.
- Refunds and exchanges on returned goods will be processed within 7 days of us receiving the item(s) back.
